  1. Yisroel Knopfler says:

When the mechanism is collapsed, what is the distance from the tabletop to the screen?

    • Hi Yisroel,

There are several options for mounting a flat panel monitor on the Taskmate. The most secure and adjustable means of doing so would be to use one of our Articulating Monitor Arm Accessories. You would then have an almost infinate amount of adjustability between your monitor and your eyes.

  2. Sme question for this. I have a very tall person that needs a sit/stand solution. How high does the monitor arm rise? I need to get it to his eye level and he is 6’4″ tall so the top of a monitor would need to get to about 6’high off the desk surface. Thanks.

    • If monitor height is a concern when using the Taskmate, I would suggest using a monitor mount attached to the taskmate. We do sell a line of monitor mounts that will work fine or just about any grommet mounting monitor mount will attach to the mounting holes in the top of the Taskmate and work fine.

  3. Kerry Benson says:

Would like to know what the voltage is for the motor? Is it 110, 220 or multi-voltage?

    Thank you,

    Mr. Kerry Benson

    • Hi kerry,

Thank you for your interest in our products! The voltage of our electric TaskMate units is 110 volts but we do have a special order electric unit that operates on 220 volts for European applications.

  4. We are getting feedback from users of the TaskMate Go 6350 for dual LCD monitors and the 6360 for LCD and laptop that the device is very heavy to operate. These devices were placed to assist some individuals with back issues so obviously we do not want them to exacerbate their condition. Is there a way to adjust the tension/make the device easier to operate?

    • Hi Beth,

There is no way to adjust tension on these units. If 2 monitors or especially heavy monitors are used, there will be a need to supplement the force needed to lift but it should be fairly minimal.

  5. Will the Taskmate hold two monitors?
