  1. Donna Vance says:

When will this product be available and how much will it be?

    Thank you!

    • Hi Donna,

Thank you for your interest in our products! The Taskmate Go is currently still being developed and pricing has not been fully established yet. We hope to have pricing information very soon and we are targeting the end of February as a date to begin shipping.

Please check back with us often, we will be adding more information to our website soon regarding the Taskmate Go. We believe that our new line of sit-stand products will revolutionize the way we work in offices!

  2. Please advise:

End of Feb still on target for product availability?
Maximum standing height (height of monitor top at highest vertical extension)?
    Price estimate?

    • Hi Audrey,

Yes, end of February is still our target ship date on these new products. I have not heard anything at this point from our manufacturing department to indicate that this date is not attainable. If you want to make sure that you get one of the first units off the production line, we are accepting pre-orders and we will ship these pre-orders on the day we have the product.

Maximum standing height will depend on a few factors. 1. will be the height of the desk or table that the Taskmate Go is placed on 2. is the size of the monitor. The upright post on the Taskmate Go is 41-1/2″ tall measuring from the desk height. The monitor, depending on how it is mounted on the Taskmate Go and how large it is, can certainly have a top height when mounted above the upright post.

I can also tell you that I am 6′-5″ tall and the monitor height accommodates me very well.

  3. What are the specs for the taskmate with dual monitor? Will it accommodate 2 24″ monitors?

    • Hi Diane,

Thank you for your interest in our products. Yes, the Taskmate Go 6300 will accommodate 2 – 24″ monitors. The dual monitor accessory is still under development but should be available shortly. If you have any further questions please feel free to call us at 952-873-3266 or e-mail me directly at davidw@healthpostures.com.

  4. Carolyn Salazar says:

What is the total depth? I have a client who has an overhead bin 18 3/4″ height at a depth of 30 1/2″. In other words, once you measure 30 1/2″ depth of the desk there would be no room for it. Thank you.

    • Hi Carolyn,

If I understand your question correctly, the total depth of the Taskmate go in the highest position is approximately 17″. If there is any question whether this will work or not for your customer, we do offer a 30 day return policy. If you have any other questions please feel free to contact us at 952-873-3266.
      Thank you.

  5. I have a few questions about your product.
Can you please confirm this model and the dual monitor model are now in production? What is the typical lead time for delivery? Are the two clamps on the front edge of the device the only means to secure the Taskmate to the surface?

    • Hi Chris,
Thank you for your interest in our products!
Yes, both the 6300 and 6350 Dual Monitor TaskMates are in production and in stock. The typical lead time for all of our products is 1 day.

The 2 clamps are the only way to secure the TaskMate to the table. This product is quite stable without the clamps but we do not recommend using without clamping to a surface.

If you have any further questions please feel free to contact our office at 952-873-3266.

  6. please send more info and pricing

  7. Hi: I have a great self standing monitor with a wide tilting range, and the possibility of easy vertical movement (about 6″).
I would like to use TaskMate Go 6300 and place my actual monitor on the 11″ x 19″ Lift table (or Auxiliary work surface). The reasons why I’m asking for this are quite simple: 1) the advantage of having a keyboard tray that sits below the work surface (when in the lowest position). This is a must for me, otherwise I’ll have to change my table; and 2) when I move to standing position, I’ll be free to easily and quickly adjust the monitor to my new ergonomic position: vertically, mainly using the TaskMate, and – vertically again as well as horizontally and tilting – using the features of the monitor.
My only concerns is that there is no indication about the weight capacity of the Lift table (or Auxiliary work surface), even looking at your specs and brochures seems quite solid being held by the main structure of the TaskMate.
    Thanks for your help.

    • Hi Peter,

Thanks for your interest in our products!

The weight capacity of the TaskMate Go 6300 is 35 lbs. I don’t see any reason why your monitor and stand could not be used as you describe as long as they meet these weight requirements.

If you have any other questions feel free to call our office at 952-873-3266.

  8. We’ve got a user currently evaluating this product. The keyboard tray currently installed is a little deeper than the user would like. Do you have any other options?

  9. Got my Taskmate Go nearly a year ago. I’m quite pleased with my purchase. It was the best option I could find on the market at the time. The product was as good as advertised and has given me virtually no difficulty. I spend about half my time standing and half sitting while at work. Being in Canada, it took some time to find allen keys/wrenches to make small adjustments. The key board tray jiggles slightly when typing in the standing position, but this was easily fixed with a foot or so of dowling wedged between the top of my desk and the bottom auxillary work surface. I recommend this product (and have). In fact, I did recommend it to a colleague who bought one a week later. Dead easy to install and use.
