If you purchased through an Authorized HealthPostures Dealer, you must contact your dealer to set up the return.
If you purchased through our online store, contact HealthPostures directly.
Purchase price is refunded 100% but customer is still responsible for shipping charges to and from HealthPostures. If there are parts missing in the order there may be additional charges. Once the product is received back and evaluated a refund will be processed and given to the dealer if you purchased through your dealer, or it will be credited on your credit card if you purchased directly (less shipping charges, and any other charges that may pertain).
