How does this TaskMate EZ 6400 move? Is there a switch — is it manual? thanks.
Hi Yvonne,
Thank you for your interest in our products.
The TaskMate EZ 6400 is manual. All you do is lift up on the monitor or table top and lock into the desired location. The monitor and the tabletop adjust completely independent of each other for maximum comfort. If you have any other questions please feel free to contact us at 952-873-3266.
What is the height range for the keyboard? Monitor? Does this clamp to the front of the desk? Is the monitor not too close to the user?
Hi jeff,
Thank you for your interest in our products. I have replied to you via email, please let me know if there is anything else you need.
I have & need 2 monitors. I believe they are 28 in. size each. Do you offer anything that would allow me to mount both on the same pole? Thanks.
Hi Elizabeth,
Thank you for your interest in our products! For your application I recommend you look at our TaskMate Go Dual 6350 here.

Will this work with a 24-in. iMac?
Hi Dan,
Thank you for the interest in our products! The Taskmate EZ 6400 will support the weight of a 24″ Imac but you would have to have the necessary adapting equipment to be able to mount the Imac to the EZ. I would think you could get what you need through Apple or one of their retailers.
Dave
Hello,
When the work surface is completely in the down position for work while sitting, is the work surface lying on the desk or is it slightly raised off the desk? In photos I’ve seen it looks as if it’s an inch or so off the desk. Thank you very much.
Tommy
Hi Tommy,
Thanks for your interest in our products! You are correct, when the Taskmate 6400 EZ is in it’s lowest position it sits a little over an inch higher than the table top.Don’t hesitate to contact us if you have any further questions, we would love to help you out!

David W. –
I see the depth of the work platform is 22″. The pole is another 4″ That seems the front of the work platform will be 26″ from the back of my desk. My desk is 30″ deep. Won’t I be leaning over the desk front to type? – more an issue in the sit position, but seems I’d be leaning in standing also, bad on my lower back. Also, does it take only about 10 seconds to lower the monitor and keybd. platform? Thanks in advance.
Hi David,
Thank you for your interest in our products. With the TaskMate EZ model 6400 it is not advised to mount via the clamp option on a 30″ desk. The solution is to mount the product using the standard bolt-through option that is provided. You would need to drill a small 1/2″ hole in your desk at the desired mounting location and the 6400 will mount anywhere on the desk you desire.
If you have any further questions feel free to call our office at 952-873-3266.
Please send me all of the specifications for the taskmateez 6400, ie, adjustable height, etc. Thank you.
Thank you for your comment Christina. I have sent you an email.
I have one of our staff who is interested in converting her desk space to a standing workspace using the TaskMate EZ. It will definitely fit our desk environment, but I’m concerned about whether it can support our 29″ Dell monitor. I’d appreciate any insight you have.
I have no doubt that the product will hold the Dell 29″ monitor but just keep in mind that the TaskMate EZ is a manual product that will require the user to lift the monitor up and down manually.
Hi, this is pretty much what I’m looking for. Please could you let me know the total price, inc shipping to the
UK? Thanks,mJef
Hi Jeff,
I could certainly help you with a quote. Please email me an address so I can get a detailed shipping quote at davidw@healthpostures.com.
I have a 21.5″ iMac. Are you aware of any adapters that would allow an iMac to be used with your Taskmate 6400? I saw a post from 2014. I have checked online but cannot find anything. Thank you.
Hi Donna, Apple has a Mac VESA mount adapter
This should help attach a Mac to the TaskMate EZ.
